FRAME WARRANTY

As an authorized dealer, this frame includes a one year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. All our eyewear is thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our facility and is checked for any scratches, defects and/or imperfections. The warranty will cover you against any manufacturer defects of the frame (structure and finish). Mishandling or deliberate modification of a frame will void the warranty. 

LENS INFORMATION

We offer first quality single vision plastic material lenses with a scratch coating at no charge (within the power ranges stated below). If customer selects a different material, there will an additional charge of $50 for Polycarbonate or $100 for 1.67 High Index. 

Any scratching that occurs due to wear and tear is the patients responsibility and is not covered under warranty.

LENS POWER RANGES INCLUDED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE

  • Plastic:¬† +/-6.00 Sphere, +/-2.00¬†Cylinder
  • Polycarbonate: +/-8.00 Sphere, +/-2.00 Cylinder
  • High Index 1.67: +/- 10.00 Sphere, +/-2.00 Cylinder

DOCTOR PRESCRIPTION CHANGES

All doctor prescription changes will be covered at no additional charge for up to 45 days from date of purchase. A Return Authorization # is required for all prescription changes. Please contact us at support@selecteyewear.com to obtain a Return Authorization.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Eyewear must be returned within 14 days from order tracking delivery date. A Return Authorization # is required in order to return product. Please contact us at support@selecteyewear.com to obtain a Return Authorization.

Please include a copy of the order invoice. Eyewear must be received in its original condition. All packaging received, including documentation, accessories and manuals must be returned with the product. 

A full credit* will be given once we receive your return, as long as your product returned is in perfect condition.  If eyewear is damaged, it may result in a denial of refund or a partial credit.  Refunds are normally issued within 3-5 business days of receipt back to customers original form of payment. 

Return shipping charges are at the customers expense. Loss or damage of products are the customers responsibility.  We strongly encourage insuring and tracking your return. 

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping and delivery anywhere in the United States. All frames are in stock and will ship within 1-3 business days from receiving all required information. Feel free to contact us for a more detailed estimate for delivery.  All orders will be shipped via USPS. You will receive an email once your has shipped with tracking information.  If you are outside the US, please feel free to email and us at support@selecteyewear.com for assistance.
