FRAME WARRANTY
As an authorized dealer, each frame includes a one time, one year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. All our eyewear is thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our facility and is checked for any scratches, defects and/or imperfections. The warranty will cover you against any manufacturer defects of the frame (structure and finish). Mishandling or deliberate modification of a frame will void the warranty.
Please note: Your frames may need to be adjusted by a professional. Select Eyewear is not responsible for the fit of your eyewear or any damage resulting from adjustments made after receiving them. Your eyewear will be delivered in new condition and in Standard Alignment.
LENS INFORMATION
DOCTOR PRESCRIPTION CHANGES
A doctor prescription change will be covered one time at no additional charge for up to 45 days from date of purchase. A Return Authorization # is required for all prescription changes. Please contact us at support@selecteyewear.com to obtain a Return Authorization.
Due to the custom nature of your lenses, we are unable to cancel your lens order or make any changes to your lens order, 24 hours after your order has been placed.
Any scratching or damage to the lens that occurs due to wear and tear is the patients responsibility and is not covered under warranty.
If you are not satisfied with the vision from your eyewear, we strongly recommend you visit your prescribing doctor to verify that the correct prescription was prescribed. Since we are only filling the prescription supplied to us, we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of the prescription and how well you see with your eyewear. We are happy to try and assist in resolving any problems you are having, but refunds will not be issued for lenses purchased. Only store credit will be issued for prescription lenses.

- Plastic: +/-4.00 Sphere, +/-2.00 Cylinder
- Polycarbonate: +/-8.00 Sphere, +/-2.00 Cylinder
- High Index 1.67 and 1.74: +/- 8.00 Sphere, +/-2.00 Cylinder
- Prism will be an additional charge. Please contact us for pricing
For prescriptions that are out of these ranges, please contact customer support. support@selecteyewear.com.
Order Cancellations
- Non-prescription orders may be canceled prior to shipment
- Prescription (RX) orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- After 24 hours, RX orders cannot be canceled due to the custom production process
Availability & Backorders
Some frames may be temporarily unavailable due to manufacturer backorders. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly with options to wait, switch, or cancel for a full refund.
