FRAME WARRANTY

As an authorized dealer, each frame includes a one year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. All our eyewear is thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our facility and is checked for any scratches, defects and/or imperfections. The warranty will cover you against any manufacturer defects of the frame (structure and finish). Mishandling or deliberate modification of a frame will void the warranty. 

Please note: Your frames may need to be adjusted by a professional. Select Eyewear is not responsible for the fit of your eyewear or any damage resulting from adjustments made after receiving them. Your eyewear will be delivered in new condition and in Standard Alignment. 

LENS INFORMATION

DOCTOR PRESCRIPTION CHANGES

All doctor prescription changes will be covered at no additional charge for up to 45 days from date of purchase. A Return Authorization # is required for all prescription changes. Please contact us at support@selecteyewear.com to obtain a Return Authorization.

Any scratching or damage to the lens that occurs due to wear and tear is the patients responsibility and is not covered under warranty.

If you are not satisfied with the vision from your eyewear, we strongly recommend you visit your prescribing doctor to verify that the correct prescription was prescribed. Since we are only filling the prescription supplied to us, we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of the prescription and how well you see with your eyewear. We are happy to try and assist in resolving any problems you are having, but refunds will not be issued for lenses purchased.

  • Plastic:  +/-4.00 Sphere, +/-2.00 Cylinder
  • Polycarbonate: +/-8.00 Sphere, +/-2.00 Cylinder
  • High Index 1.67: +/- 8.00 Sphere, +/-2.00 Cylinder

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Enjoy hassle-free Exchanges and Returns with our customer-first policy for frames and prescription lenses!

You have 14 days after RECEIVING your eyewear order to request a return or exchange.

We offer a convenient 1-time exchange, ensuring you find the perfect fit.  Please note, if changing your frame style, any price variances will be charged or refunded accordingly. Lenses can also be changed to a equal or lesser value at no additional charge. 

Should you opt for a return without reordering, we apply just a 10% restocking fee for the frame. Due to their custom nature, lenses are non-refundable once they are ordered. Our commitment remains steadfast to providing you with exceptional service and eyewear solutions tailored to your needs.

To return your eyewear, simply contact us at support@selecteyewear.com and request a Return Authorization.  No return or exchange requests will be accepted after 14 days of customer receiving their eyewear order. We also must receive your return within 14 days of issuing the Return Authorization.

Please include a copy of the order invoice. Eyewear must be received in its original condition. All packaging received, including documentation, accessories and manuals must be returned with the product. If eyewear is damaged, it may result in a denial of refund or a partial credit.  Refunds are normally issued within 1-2 business days of receipt back to the customers original form of payment. 

Return shipping charges are at the customers expense. Loss or damage of products are the customer's responsibility.  We strongly encourage insuring and tracking your return.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping and delivery anywhere in the United States. All frames are shipped within 1-7 business days from receiving all required information (excluding backordered items). Feel free to contact us for a more detailed estimate for delivery.  All orders will be shipped via USPS. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with tracking information.  If you are outside the US, please feel free to email us at support@selecteyewear.com for assistance.

If a package is lost when shipped, we will file a claim with the shipper.  This may take several weeks to get resolved and may require your assistance. Once the claim is resolved, we will replace your order and ship it to you at no additional cost.  Refunds are not given for lost shipments, only replacement of product.
