Frame Returns
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA). Returned frames must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging. After a Return Authorization is issued, the returned merchandise must arrive at our facility within 21 days.
Customers may return up to 3 frames per order within 14 days of delivery. Orders exceeding this limit are considered bulk purchases, and returns are limited to a maximum of 3 frames.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all frame returns.
Prescription Lens Returns
Prescription lenses are custom-made to your specifications and are therefore not eligible for refunds, as they cannot be resold.
However, your satisfaction is important to us:
- We offer complimentary remakes for vision-related issues, including prescription adjustments
- We provide full credit toward a one-time exchange if you prefer a different frame or lens option
Exchanges
We are happy to assist with exchanges to ensure you find the right fit and vision solution.
- Frames may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging included.
- Exchanges are limited to one exchange per order
- Exchanges are completed using full credit from your original purchase
- Any price differences will be applied accordingly
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
