Shipping Charges
United States:
- Standard Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $75. A $10 flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders under $75.
International:
- Standard Shipping: Cost varies, depending on country. Calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after all required information is received. Processing times may be longer for backordered items or custom prescription lenses. If a frame is unavailable or on backorder, we will notify you within 48 business hours upon placing your order.
Shipping Timeframes
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 3–5 business days
International:
- Estimated delivery time is 9–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or equivalent international partners. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost Shipments
If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate a claim with the carrier. Please note:
- Investigations may take several weeks and may require your cooperation
- Once the claim is approved, we will replace the order at no additional cost
- Refunds are not issued for lost shipments
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue.
