General Coverage
As an authorized dealer, each frame includes a one-time, one-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. All eyewear is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment and confirmed to be free of scratches, defects, and imperfections.
Frame Warranty & Replacements
This warranty strictly covers manufacturer defects in the frame, including structure and finish. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or any modification to the frame is not covered and will void the warranty. For approved warranty claims, the defective frame will be replaced with a new frame of the exact same make and model. In the event that the original frame is no longer available, the customer will be issued a store credit for the original purchase value of the frame.
Lens Warranty
Lenses are warrantied against manufacturing defects only. Lenses are considered consumable surfaces and are not covered for scratching, cracking, coating wear, or any damage resulting from normal use, handling, cleaning, or external factors.
Third-Party Damage
Any damage caused by a third party, including but not limited to another optical provider, lab, or retailer handling, adjusting, or inserting lenses into the frame, is not covered under warranty and is the sole responsibility of the party performing the work.
Claims Process & Shipping
All warranty claims require the product to be returned for inspection prior to any resolution. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including return shipping to our facility.
For approved warranty claims, a $10 shipping fee will apply for return shipment within the United States. International return shipping costs will vary by destination and will be quoted prior to shipment.
