How do I send my prescription to you?

After placing your order, you will receive an email requesting your RX. Leave the rest to our team of experienced opticians and lab technicians here at Select Eyewear. 

Does Select Eyewear accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance, but we can provide you with an itemized receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Just request the itemized receipt after your purchase is made.

Are your products legitimate?

As an authorized dealer, every product offered on our site is bought directly from the manufacturer. Every frame is inspected and triple checked for quality assurance. 

How are your prices so unbelievably good?

We deal directly with the manufacturer and avoid the middle man.  No high mark ups, just great prices.

Are your frames warrantied?

As an authorized dealer, each frame includes a one year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Please be aware that in the context of international trade, when goods cross borders, they may be subject to both duties and taxes. 

How do I get my eyewear adjusted? 

To have your glasses fitted, you would have to go to an optical storefront and have them adjusted for you. This service is almost always free of charge.
